How to get up early when you're late

                                             The best thing to do to prevent going late to work, is to set the alarm an hour earlier than your usual time, than set another alarm at 30 minutes, this gives you the time get that first awakening, then the second alarm will go off and give you a second chance to be early the second alarm should be much easier to get up for. If you miss this chance than your usual alarm will go off and you should be awake enough to get to work a few minutes early. This has worked for me and is worth a shot if you have trouble getting up early for work.woman walking near staircase

                           Update 04/22/2020 and I have figured out to set not only your smart phone alarm but also keep the regular bedside digital alarm on. You will want to keep the backup battery on the alarm just in case power goes out, because if it does go out, so does your excuse. Each alarm should have two alarms on it. It's okay to have one alarm by the bed, but one should be far from the bed, preferably near the light switch and by the door, to encourage yourself to go ahead and get up.
